Kariās mission is personal. She knows what itās like to feel stuck in the cycle of diet culture, body image struggles, and wondering where the heck to even start. After years of chasing quick fixes, she found her way back to something real: strength, sustainable habits, and an approach to health that actually fits into real life.
What I love most about Kari is that she doesnāt coach from a pedestalāshe coaches from experience. Sheās walked this road. And now, sheās holding space for other women to do the same, without shame, extremes, or unrealistic expectations.
Her philosophy? Strength training should build you up, not break you down. That came through so clearly during our shoot. Every pose, every moment we captured was rooted in confidence, clarity, and this quiet kind of power that says, āIāve done the workāand now Iām helping others do it, too.ā
