Joy is the heart of Cynthia’s story—and it’s what drew me to her. From the very beginning, I could see that her path, with all its twists, turns, and takeoffs, had led her to a deep sense of purpose: healing. Not just for herself, but for others. California was a turning point for her. It’s where she discovered the transformative power of daily yoga and meditation—a practice that didn’t just shape her body, but aligned her spirit. That alignment became her compass, her offering, and eventually, her business: Equilibrium by Cynthia.

What inspires me most is how Cynthia has taken her journey—including over 30,000 hours spent in the skies as a flight attendant—and turned it into a calling. She’s learned to trust life’s currents, no matter how unpredictable, and now she helps others rise with grace and intention.
